Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Business Development \& Retail Sales Executive to establish and grow Polo Tribe's offline presence.
The ideal candidate will identify retail opportunities, onboard multi\-brand outlets, build relationships with retailers, and help increase sales through strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential retail partners, multi\-brand outlets, boutiques, and fashion stores.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active accounts.
- Conduct market visits and present Polo Tribe's product range to prospective retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and buyers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate onboarding of retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reorders from existing accounts.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding inventory, order processing, and retailer requirements.
- Represent Polo Tribe professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Requirements
- 1\-5 years of experience in sales, business development, retail expansion, or apparel/fashion sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Self\-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and target\-oriented.
- Existing network in fashion retail, apparel distribution, or multi\-brand outlets will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry is preferred.
