*Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated **Sales Outbound Sales Representative (OSR)** who is eager to start a career in **B2B IT hardware sales**. The trainee will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting **End User Devices such as laptops, desktops, and accessories**. The role includes structured training on products, sales processes, and customer engagement.

*Key Responsibilities**

Learn about **End User Devices** including laptops, desktops, workstations, and peripherals.
Generate leads through **cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting**.
Identify potential customers such as **corporates, SMBs, and institutions**.
Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
Understand basic customer requirements and share them with the sales team.
Schedule meetings or follow\-ups with interested prospects.
Maintain and update customer and lead data in **CRM systems**.
Assist the sales team in achieving overall **business targets**.

*Required Skills**

Good **communication and interpersonal skills**.
Strong interest in **sales and business development**.
Basic knowledge of **computers and IT products** is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a **fast\-paced sales environment**.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

*Qualification**

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream).
BBA / MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
