• *What You’ll Do**

• Connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails to drive sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Follow up with leads and ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.
• Meet individual weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and updates using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

• *What We’re Looking For**

• **Experience:** Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales/telesales or revenue\-driven sales roles can apply.
• **Sales Skills:** Interest in sales, customer interaction, and target\-based roles.
• **Tech Skills:** Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• **Work Ethic:** Target\-oriented mindset with strong objection\-handling and negotiation abilities.
• **Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• *Good to Have**

• Internship or prior experience in sales/telesales/customer support.
• Exposure to startup or high\-growth work cultures.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Experience handling customer objections and negotiations.
