We are a fast\-growing organisation in the coaching and personal development industry, working with high\-calibre individuals, executives, and organisations across international markets.
We are looking for a driven, articulate, and highly proactive Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and drive international expansion.
This is not a passive sales role. We need someone who actively creates opportunities, builds strong relationships, and confidently guides high\-value prospects from the first interaction to a signed deal.
- Own the complete business development life\-cycle, including market research, prospecting, outreach, qualification, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and pursue high\-value opportunities in international coaching, leadership, and personal transformation markets.
- Conduct compelling virtual meetings and discovery calls that build trust and convert prospects into long\-term clients.
- Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring every lead is nurtured consistently and professionally.
- Develop and execute market\-entry strategies for new international regions through market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align outreach campaigns with business development priorities.
- Report directly to senior leadership with data\-driven insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and emerging market opportunities.
Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, personalised email campaigns, cold calling, referral networks, and strategic partnerships.
- *Market Research \& Mapping**
Research and analyse international markets to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, high\-value organisations, and decision\-makers.
Personalised Outreach
Craft tailored outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels to initiate meaningful conversations with prospective clients.
- *Discovery \& Qualification**
Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and suitability for premium coaching programmes.
- *Virtual Meetings \& Presentations**
Host engaging virtual meetings that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and move prospects toward a buying decision.
- *High\-Ticket Sales Closing**
Use consultative selling techniques to close premium deals, handle objections professionally, and secure commitments for programmes valued between $5,000 and $50,000\+.
- *Relationship Management**
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining full pipeline visibility.
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity across all interactions and communication channels.
Share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor analysis with leadership to support strategic decision\-making.
REQUIREMENTS \& EXPERIENCE
- **Experience:** 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management with a proven track record of closing high\-value deals and achieving revenue targets.
- **English Fluency:** Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar, communication, and presentation skills.
- **Coaching Industry Knowledge:** Prior experience in the coaching, consulting, personal development, or transformation industry is highly preferred.
- **International Sales Experience:** Proven experience generating and closing business across international markets.
- **High\-Ticket Closing:** Demonstrated experience closing deals valued at $10,000 or above.
- **Lead Generation Expertise:** Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, referral systems, and outbound sales strategies.
- **CRM \& Sales Tools:** Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar CRM and outreach tools.
- **Self\-Motivated Mindset:** Highly proactive, disciplined, and capable of executing independently with minimal supervision.
