Digital Marketing cum Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive both **digital marketing campaigns** and **inside sales activities**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through online channels, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers while supporting overall brand visibility and revenue growth.

• *Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing**

• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Manage company website, landing pages, and digital assets to optimize lead generation.
• Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to improve performance.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.

• *Inside Sales :**

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns.
• Conduct product demos and presentations via phone, email, or video calls.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

• *Eligibility :**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or inside sales.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email automation tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
