Hermion Group is seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Executive – Aviation Asset Management to support business growth across asset management services and aircraft component trading.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with an understanding of aviation operations, enabling effective engagement with airlines, operators, lessors, and MRO organizations globally.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in aviation asset management and parts trading
– Build and manage relationships with airlines, helicopter operators, MROs, and lessors
– Promote and market aircraft components, leasing solutions, and technical services
– Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions
– Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align client requirements
– Track leads, opportunities, and conversions through structured reporting
– Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations
✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or related field
✓ 0\-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or aviation sector (preferred)
✓ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✓ Ability to work with international clients and across time zones
✓ Background in aviation services, leasing, or MRO ecosystem
✓ Understanding of aircraft components and supply chain
✓ Confident, proactive, and target\-driven personality
