Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers confidently.
• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow\-ups, and conversions.

Skills \& Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer\-handling abilities.
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
• Confident personality with a positive and target\-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle customer queries and sales objections.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with prior sales or telecalling experience will have an added advantage.

Job Details

• **Position:** Business Growth Executive
• **Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month
• **Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
• **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• **Experience:** Freshers \& Experienced Candidates
• **Location:** West Delhi
