Business Head cum Chartered Accountant

An experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive finance leadership and international business experience is available for a senior leadership opportunity.

• *Candidate Profile**

Qualified Chartered Accountant, with additional qualifications in Law and Company Secretaryship.

Extensive experience as CFO, General Manager – Finance, Group Financial Controller and Director – Finance \& Administration.

Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, taxation, cost control, treasury, working capital and statutory compliance.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial gases, engineering, financial services and international business operations.

Proven exposure to Board reporting, investor presentations, banking relationships, procurement, ERP/SAP, internal controls and business restructuring.

International experience across India, Kenya and Tanzania.

• *Position:** Business Head – Operations (GM Level)

• *Location:** Bengaluru

• *CTC:** ₹35–45 LPA

• *Role Overview**

Approximately 70% Finance and 30% Operations.

Oversee Bowring Service Station (Petrol Bunk) and PVS Warehousing.

Manage financial performance, budgeting, controls, compliance and operational efficiency.

Liaise with Indian Oil officials, BBMP officials and other key stakeholders.

Kannada language proficiency will be an advantage.

• *Ideal Candidate**

Qualified CA with 25\+ years of experience; candidates with 20\+ years and strong career stability may be considered.

Professionals aged 55\+, particularly 60–62 years, including retired or near\-retirement leaders interested in continuing their careers.

BE – Mechanical Engineering with an MBA in Finance (regular course) may be considered if a suitable CA is unavailable.
