We are seeking a **Business Process Analyst** to join our **Analytics \& Digital Solutions (ADS)** organization. In this role, you will lead initiatives that deliver **scalable, action‑oriented analytics solutions** supporting Global Logistics function.
You will partner closely with **Logistics, Operations Business Leaders (OBLs) and data engineering teams** to co‑create high‑quality analytics products, support design reviews, and enable structured deployments. As a functional analyst, you will also drive **adoption, change management, and sustained utilization** of logistics analytics solutions. This role supports global and regional logistics operations by delivering **data‑driven insights and analytics products** that improve **process efficiency, service performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement**, with solutions designed to scale across regions where applicable.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with **Logistics leadership and regional teams** to translate operational needs into analytics solutions
- Collaborate with global and regional leaders to **standardize and scale logistics analytics solutions**
- Act as a business process expert and contribute to **knowledge management, documentation, and continuous improvement**
- Stay current on **industry and analytics trends** to identify opportunities for new technologies and practices
- Act as the **functional SME** for logistics reporting and analytics tools, enabling faster insights and improved effectiveness
- Support **process efficiency, automation, and controls** initiatives across logistics operations to improve operations.
- Co‑develop **AI‑ready analytical data models** with data engineering and operations teams to enable action‑oriented logistics insights
- Design and deliver reporting for **logistics KPIs**, including transportation, service, cost, and execution performance
- Ensure **data availability, reliability, quality, validation, and reconciliation** across all logistics analytics products
- Lead **design reviews, functional QA, and governance** for dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Identify logistics and transportation **process, service and cost improvement opportunities**, including AI‑enabled use cases
- *Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **engineering, computer science, information systems, supply chain**, or a related field
- **E**xperience in analytics, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business process roles
- Good SAP experience in Logistics function.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in **Power BI** and working knowledge of **SQL, Python, Azure and Snowflake.**
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive **change management and value realization** through analytics solutions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working in **Warehouse Management System (WMS)** and **Transportation Management System (TMS)**
- Working knowledge of **ETL processes and data warehousing**
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with **SAP logistics, transportation and warehousing.**
- Experience working with Transportation management systems such as **Blue Yonder, Mercury Gate** etc will be added advantage**.**
- Experience working with Warehouse management systems such as **Körber** etc will be added advantage**.**
- Advanced degree or certification in **supply chain, logistics, analytics, or computer science such as ASCM CLTD etc.**
