• *About the Role**

L\&T Technology Services is seeking an experienced **Business Systems Analyst** specializing in **Source\-to\-Pay (S2P)** and **Coupa Implementation** to join our team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will lead procurement transformation initiatives, drive solution design, gather business requirements, manage UAT testing, and work closely with cross\-functional stakeholders. We are looking for hands\-on technical/functional analysts with deep expertise across both upstream (Sourcing, Contracting, Risk) and downstream (P2P) procurement processes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Procurement Transformation \& Design:** Drive end\-to\-end solution design, functional configuration support, and process optimization across Source\-to\-Pay platforms.
• **Requirement Gathering \& Business Analysis:** Lead workshops with global business stakeholders to translate complex procurement requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• **Platform Implementation:** Hands\-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting modern procurement platforms, with a heavy focus on **Coupa**.
• **Testing \& UAT Management:** Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect management across sprint releases.
• **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, business leads, IT integration architects, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

• *Required Qualifications \& SkillsPrimary Skills (Must\-Have)**

• **7\+ years** of overall experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant in the Procurement domain.
• **Minimum 5\+ years** of core **Coupa** implementation, configuration, or solution design experience.
• Strong expertise across **Source\-to\-Pay (S2P)** end\-to\-end workflows.
• Strong background in **Upstream Procurement** (Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Risk Management).

• Note: Profiles limited strictly to downstream P2P/Invoice processing will not be considered.*

• Hands\-on experience in Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, and UAT Testing.

• *Secondary \& Good\-to\-Have Skills**

• **Secondary Platform Experience:** Knowledge of **Zip (Intake\-to\-Procure)** or **SAP Ariba**.
• **Added Advantage:** Hands\-on exposure or familiarity with **Levelpath**.
• **ERP Knowledge:** Familiarity with **SAP S/4HANA** integration is a plus.

• *Candidate Profile \& Background Preference**

• Candidates from **Coupa Implementation Partners**, **Tier\-1 IT Consulting Firms** (Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc.), or **Fortune 500 Product Companies** with modern procurement platform setups.
• **Role Exclusions:** This is a transformation and systems analyst role. Candidates whose primary background is end\-user operations, invoice processing, auditing, user training, or transactional buying are **not eligible**. Candidates must be able to articulate hands\-on configuration/design experience during screening.
