We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to serve as our lead for system quality and functional integrity. This role is centered on the QA/QC lifecycle and the creation of high\-quality Functional Documentation, specifically focused on our Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). You will ensure that every system update, workflow change, and functional enhancement is rigorously tested and meticulously documented.
- Functional Documentation \& Specification: Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flow diagrams, and system configuration guides. You will translate complex business needs into clear, technical documentation for development teams.
- e\-Builder Functional Management: Support the functional setup and optimization of e\-Builder, ensuring workflows, data fields, and modules align with business process requirements.
- QA/QC Strategy \& Execution: Develop and own the end\-to\-end Quality Assurance framework. This includes creating detailed test scripts, managing regression testing, and identifying potential functional failure points within e\-Builder and integrated systems.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead: Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions. You will translate business needs into validation criteria and ensure the final system delivery meets 100% of the documented functional requirements.
- Traceability \& Audit: Maintain a traceability matrix to ensure that every business requirement is linked to a functional specification and a verified test case.
- Functional Bug \& Defect Management: Perform root\-cause analysis on functional defects, document findings, and collaborate with technical teams to implement and re\-test fixes.
- System Integrity Audits: Conduct regular QC audits of system configurations and data flows—specifically within procurement and payment modules—to ensure the software is operating as designed.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Business Systems Analyst with a specialized focus on Functional Documentation and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- *Tool Expertise:**
- Direct experience with e\-Builder (configuration, support, or functional analysis).
- Preferred Tools: Functional understanding of SAP (ERP) and SAP Ariba modules.
+ Proven ability to draft professional\-grade functional specifications and user manuals.
+ Proficiency in mapping business processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
