• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Field Sales Executive** to promote and expand the market for **Kamdhenu NxT and Kay2 Xenox TMT bars across various districts of Chhattisgarh**. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in TMT/bar steel sales and possess strong knowledge of market.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain a strong network
• Promote and sell Kamdhenu TMT bars to retailers, contractors, and builders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with engineers, architects, and construction companies
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding management
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum **2–5 years of experience in TMT/steel sales**
• Strong knowledge of TMT bars, construction materials, and local market
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
