Job Description

  • *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Senior Business Development Executive** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's sales and business growth.

This is an **entirely office\-based position**.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, mining, and crushing equipment industries.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including calls, emails, online platforms, databases, and business networks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and sales teams to provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business inquiries.
  • Conduct regular follow\-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Achieve business development and sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports regarding business development activities and sales prospects.
  • *Educational Qualification**
  • **B.E. / B.Tech.** or
  • **MBA** in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • *Experience Required**
  • Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** as a Senior Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, or in a similar position.
  • Experience in the **construction equipment, mining equipment, crusher machinery, industrial machinery, or infrastructure industry** will be preferred.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and lead\-generation abilities.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Target\-oriented and self\-motivated approach.
  • Strong follow\-up and convincing skills.
  • *Important Note**
  • This is an **entirely office\-based job**.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in the **crushing, screening, mining, construction, infrastructure, or heavy machinery industry** will be preferred.
