Responsibilities
Generate Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring Deposit (RD), and Membership business.
Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Lead and support field sales and collection teams.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Conduct marketing and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
Submit daily and monthly business reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, Nidhi, insurance, or financial services.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.
