Strategic Sourcing involving part price settlement of electrical parts such as Wiring harness, horns, FLS, relays, fuse box, battery cables etc.

Evaluation \& negotiations of value engineering / cost reduction proposals

Capex / investment settlement (FTG, Injection \& stamped tools)

Material cost control \& price amendments through effective management of ECN/RoCM

Commodity study for strategy formulation

Effective closure of open audit action points by co\-ordination

Zero based costing

Legal agreement (Development \& Supply Agreement) negotiation

Data Analytics by leveraging technology to identify cost reduction opportunities
