CA Article Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated CA Article Assistants who are pursuing the Chartered Accountancy course and are eager to gain practical experience across multiple domains of professional practice. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals and will receive exposure to diverse assignments across industries.

• *Audit \& Assurance**

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance assignments.
• Verification and examination of books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Preparation of audit working papers and reports.

• *Direct Taxation**

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, trusts, and other entities.
• Assistance in tax assessments, notices, appeals, and representation matters.
• Tax research and analysis.

• *GST \& Indirect Taxes**

• Preparation and filing of GST returns.
• GST reconciliations and compliance reviews.
• Assistance in handling GST notices and assessments.

• *Corporate \& Regulatory Compliance**

• ROC compliance support for companies and LLPs.
• Preparation of basic corporate documentation.
• Assistance in regulatory filings and compliance matters.

• *Accounting \& Financial Reporting**

• Bookkeeping and accounting support.
• Preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Bank reconciliations and financial analysis.

• *Technology \& Research**

• Use of accounting, tax, and compliance software.
• Research on taxation, finance, and regulatory developments.
• Exposure to AI\-enabled tools and digital compliance processes.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹36,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra
