• *Job Role:**

We are seeking highly motivated **CA Dropouts** who are looking to continue their professional journey in accounting, taxation, and finance. This role offers practical exposure to various compliance and advisory functions, making it an ideal learning opportunity.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in **accounting and bookkeeping** tasks using Tally and other accounting software.
• Prepare and file **GST returns, income tax returns, and TDS statements**.
• Support the team in conducting **internal and statutory audits**.
• Prepare **financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance reports**.
• Assist in **payroll processing** and **PF/ESI compliance**.
• Maintain and update documentation for **ROC filings** and **company secretarial work**.
• Conduct **research on tax laws, corporate compliance, and regulatory updates**.
• Handle **data analysis and reconciliation** tasks.
• Provide **support for client meetings** and discussions.

• *Qualifications:**

• **CA Dropout (Intermediate/Final Level)** with a strong interest in accounting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of **accounting standards, GST, income tax, and TDS**.
• Proficiency in **MS Excel, Tally, and Zoho Books** (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent **analytical and problem\-solving skills**.
• Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
• Ability to **work under pressure** and **meet deadlines**.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
