Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented CA Intern to join our Accounts \& Finance Department. The candidate will assist in day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, GST compliance, auditing, and other finance\-related activities.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, ledgers and other accounting documents.
• Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
• Support TDS calculation, deduction and return filing.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
• Help prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Assist in internal audits and statutory audit activities.
• Verify purchase bills, sales invoices and expense records.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing data for income tax returns and tax audits.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Intermediate qualified / pursuing CA.
• B.Com / M.Com candidates pursuing CA may also apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
