Café Associate / Customer Service Executive – NAPO Pizza

NAPO Pizza is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Team Member to join our outlet in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing orders and billing, assisting with beverage preparation, supporting kitchen operations, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and manage billing/POS transactions
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Provide table service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and operational tasks
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet
• Prepare daily sales reports and support daily operations
