The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales and operational targets. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands\-on experience in the café or restaurant industry.
- *Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise day\-to\-day branch operations
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain high performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance
- Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Support marketing and promotional activities at the branch level
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- **Any degree** from a recognized institution
- Minimum **2 years of experience in a café or restaurant**
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- **Willingness and readiness to travel** as required by the role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
