Call Center Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused individuals to join our team as **Call Centre Executives** in Ludhiana, Punjab. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned calling targets and performance goals.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer\-first approach.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
