• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Explain products and services.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain records.
• Achieve daily calling and sales targets.

• *Requirements:**

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, polite, and hardworking.
• Hindi/Punjabi/English speaking preferred.
