Call Center Executive

• *Key Requirements:**

• 1–2 years of experience in inbound and outbound call centre operations.
• Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries, follow up with patients, and drive appointment bookings.
• Willingness to work towards defined productivity and performance KPIs.
