Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities \& Requirements:**
- Monitor and evaluate call quality based on defined quality parameters.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement measures to enhance appointment conversion rates.
- Monitor day\-to\-day call centre activities and ensure adherence to defined processes and SOPs.
- Conduct regular call audits, provide feedback to agents, and drive continuous quality improvement.
- ***Be proficient in MS Excel, including data analysis, report generation, and performance tracking.***
- Prepare and share regular quality reports, highlighting key observations, improvement areas, and action plans.
