Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound patient calls. Schedule and confirm home collection appointments. Register patient details and laboratory tests. Coordinate with travelling phlebotomists for timely sample collection. Provide information on tests, health packages, fasting instructions, and pricing. Manage appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and patient queries. Maintain daily booking records and ensure excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
