In this role, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats. Your primary focus will be to identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate solutions while adhering to communication scripts and company guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records by documenting all interactions and updating customer account information in the CRM system. Additionally, you will identify and pursue opportunities to up-sell relevant products or services. You must consistently meet personal and team performance targets, including metrics for call-handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. This position is available on a full-time, part-time, fresher, or permanent basis. The monthly compensation ranges from ₹19,803.20 to ₹49,917.76. Benefits include paid time off and a provident fund.
