Job Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, timings, and procedures.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
- Coordinate with OPD, IPD, billing, and other departments.
- Maintain and update patient records in the system.
- Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, and payments if required.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.Prior experience in hospital or healthcare call center will be an advantage.Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (local language preferred).Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, hospital software).Polite behavior, patience, and problem\-solving skills.Ability to work in shifts.- Salary: As per industry standards
