About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer\-focused Call Center Executives to join our healthcare support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient interactions across calls and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Call Handling
- Attend incoming patient and customer calls.
- Provide information regarding doctors, departments, services, appointments, and hospital facilities.
- Resolve patient queries efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate critical concerns to the appropriate departments.
Outbound Calling
- Follow up with patients for appointments, confirmations, feedback, and service\-related communications.
- Conduct appointment reminder and rescheduling calls.
- Support patient engagement and retention initiatives.
WhatsApp \& Chatbot Support
- Handle patient queries received through WhatsApp and chatbot platforms.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Assist patients with appointment bookings, service information, and general support.
Documentation \& CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Update CRM/HMIS systems with relevant patient information.
- Generate reports and maintain communication logs as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in a Call Center, Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem\-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or medical processes will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and WhatsApp Business platforms.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
