About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer\-oriented Call Center Executives to support our Education Department. The role involves managing student and parent inquiries through calls and digital channels, providing information about courses, admissions, programs, and institutional services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Call Handling
- Attend incoming calls from students, parents, and prospective applicants.
- Provide information regarding admissions, courses, fees, schedules, examinations, and academic programs.
- Resolve queries and direct complex concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Outbound Calling
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and enrollments.
- Conduct lead nurturing and conversion calls.
- Provide reminders for counseling sessions, admissions deadlines, fee payments, and academic events.
- Collect feedback from students and parents.
WhatsApp \& Chatbot Support
- Handle inquiries received through WhatsApp and chatbot platforms.
- Respond to admission\-related and course\-related queries promptly.
- Assist prospective students with application and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of digital interactions.
CRM \& Documentation
- Update and maintain student and lead information in the CRM system.
- Record all communications and follow\-up activities.
- Generate daily and weekly reports as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in a Call Center, Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and customer\-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable handling both voice and non\-voice processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education sector or admission counseling will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Good convincing and counseling abilities.
- Strong follow\-up and lead conversion skills.
