We are looking for a Customer Support \& Service Coordinator to manage customer inquiries related to product demonstrations, installations, service requests, warranty support, and general product information.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations, and be capable of coordinating with service technicians, dealers, and customers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide information about Mycrofine Atta Chakki products, features, and benefits.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
- Guide customers regarding product usage and basic troubleshooting.
Demo Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Assign demo requests to relevant sales representatives or dealers.
- Follow up with customers after demonstrations.
Service Coordination
- Register service requests and complaints.
- Coordinate with service technicians and service centers.
- Track service status and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service completion.
Lead Management
- Manage inquiries received through social media, website forms, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Record customer information accurately in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives or dealers.
Warranty \& Documentation
- Verify warranty details and customer records.
- Assist customers with warranty registration and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of service and support requests.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 1\-3 years of experience in customer support, call center, telecalling, service coordination, or customer relations.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Gujarati is preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Strong follow\-up and organizational skills.
- Customer\-focused attitude with problem\-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer appliances, home appliances, electronics, or retail customer support.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of service operations and dealer networks.
