Call Centre Agent

Roles and Responsibility Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Resolve complaints and concerns in a fair and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross\-sell products or services. Job Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a quick\-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using computer software and technology. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
