Call Centre Assistant

• Qualification required: Any Graduate
• Experience : Call Centre / BPO experience / Hospital front desk
• To attend to internal \& external customers for hospital support services.
• Ensure the request is passed \& completed in minimum possible time.
• To follow up with concerned service department for possible time.
• To provide excellent service to patients \& attendants.
• To minimize the laps time in services being provided.
• Maintain and update the records / requests.

Any other tasks assigned by the HOD and the management

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
