Call Centre Executive

We are looking for a **proactive, patient\-friendly and result\-oriented Call Centre Executive** to manage doctor appointment bookings, handle patient enquiries and ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow\-up abilities and the capability to efficiently coordinate between patients, doctors and hospital departments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Appointment Booking \& Scheduling**

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries regarding doctor consultations.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel OPD appointments based on doctors' availability.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders and relevant instructions to patients.

• *2\. Patient Follow\-ups \& Appointment Conversion**

• Contact patients to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no\-shows.
• Reconnect with patients who missed or cancelled their appointments.
• Focus on converting genuine patient enquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining ethical communication practices.

• *3\. Patient Enquiry Management**

• Provide accurate information about doctors, specialties, consultation timings, fees and available hospital services.
• Guide patients towards the appropriate specialty based on their stated requirements, without providing medical advice.
• Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify urgent medical enquiries and promptly direct them to the emergency team as per hospital protocols.

• *4\. Coordination \& Record Management**

• Coordinate with the reception, OPD team and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, patient enquiries, appointments and follow\-ups in the hospital's CRM/HMIS or designated track

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
