Role Overview
We are looking for a Call Quality Analyst to join our team .
The role involves monitoring, auditing, and evaluating sales calls to ensure compliance, quality, and process adherence in fintech sales. The analyst will provide insights to improve customer experience and drive sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities \- Listen to and audit fintech sales calls (inbound \& outbound) for quality assurance.
\- Evaluate calls based on predefined parameters such as compliance, communication, process adherence, and customer handling. \- Provide constructive feedback to sales teams to improve call effectiveness and conversion. \- Identify training needs and highlight process gaps through regular audit findings. \- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports with actionable insights. \- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve call quality and customer experience.
Requirements \- Graduate in any discipline \- Minimum 6 months of experience as Quality Analyst in Fintech process or Sales call audit. \- Strong analytical and listening skills. \- Good command of English and Hindi (verbal \& written). \- Knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting. \- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with 6\-day work schedule.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹36,000\.00 per month
