Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for US car rental services
Airport transfers
Local rentals
Outstation bookings
Corporate travel requirements
Generate bookings and maximize sales conversions
Coordinate with operations and vendor teams for smooth ride execution
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality support
Follow up on leads and pending bookings
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain CRM and booking records accurately
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Strong customer handling and sales skills
