The Post Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience after vehicle delivery. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, conducting follow\-up activities, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and walk\-in customers.
Handle customer enquiries and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Maintain and update customer information in the DMS/CRM system.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely collection of required customer documents.
Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referral business.
Participate in showroom events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Follow company policies and manufacturer guidelines related to sales processes.
