Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target\-driven Sales Manager to lead the automobile sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing business strategies, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor showroom sales activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Conduct sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions for team members.
• Handle key customer negotiations and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Coordinate with finance, service, and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales conversions.
• Drive customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
