This role combines career guidance, relationship building, and consultative sales. We provide qualified leads—you focus on understanding candidate needs, building trust, and helping them make informed career decisions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Connect with prospective candidates through calls, emails, and follow\-ups.
• Understand candidate backgrounds, goals, and challenges.
• Explain Sky Global's services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow\-ups in CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve enrollment and performance targets.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.

• *Requirements**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in counseling, admissions, recruitment, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working in a target\-driven environment.
• Ability to work during US business hours.

• *Shift** : **Night (07:00PM to 04:00 Am)**
