Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Career Advisor to connect with candidates, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable opportunities in the US Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Explain available job opportunities in the US IT Staffing market.
• Understand candidates' skills, experience, and career preferences.
• Guide candidates regarding suitable job opportunities and career growth.
• Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters and US IT Recruiters.
• Maintain candidate databases and update candidate information regularly.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure consistent communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and US Staffing.
• Ability to handle candidate queries professionally.
• Comfortable working in a night shift.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in US Staffing, recruitment, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
