Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-driven professionals to join our Sales Team as Career Development Executives. The candidate will be responsible for counseling working professionals, understanding their career goals, and helping them enroll in suitable higher education and certification programs.
Contact prospective learners through calls and digital leads.
Understand career aspirations and educational requirements of candidates.
Counsel working professionals regarding certification, diploma, and degree programs.
Explain course benefits, fee structures, and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into enrolments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow\-ups with leads through CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and professionals.
Ensure accurate data entry and lead management.
Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and educational events.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Sales\-oriented and target\-driven mindset.
Ability to build rapport with working professionals.
Good follow\-up and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA or sales background preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, or B2C Sales is an advantage.
