Arohi Global Textiles is in a phase of aggressive expansion. We are not looking for a traditional "paper\-pushing" HR administrator; we are seeking a strategic **People Champion and Business Partner**.
Unlike standard HR roles that focus solely on compliance or payroll, this role is the bridge between our corporate vision in Salt Lake and our manufacturing engine in Krishnanagar. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent for both white\-collar corporate roles and blue\-collar skilled manufacturing roles.

- **Strategic Talent Sourcing:** Fulfilling manpower needs rapidly across both corporate and manufacturing divisions.

- *4\. Core Responsibilities**
- *4\.1 End\-to\-End Talent Acquisition**
- Actively source, interview, and onboard candidates for both corporate operations and skilled factory positions.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for rapid scaling to ensure zero production downtime due to manpower shortages.
- *4\.2 Employee Relations \& Culture Building**
- Conduct regular visits to the Krishnanagar factory to address grievances, build trust, and ensure worker welfare.
- Implement unified company policies that make every employee—from the corporate desk to the factory floor—feel valued and aligned with Arohi’s goals.
- *4\.3 Statutory Compliance \& Administration**
- Manage and oversee payroll coordination, ESI, PF, and factory compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act and West Bengal labor regulations to mitigate all operational risks.
- *4\.4 Performance \& Retention Management**
- Design and execute objective performance appraisal systems (KPIs \& KRAs) for all departments.
- Analyze attrition data and implement proactive retention strategies.
- *4\.5 Strategic Collaboration**
- Work directly with department heads and factory managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Ensure HR objectives seamlessly align with Arohi Global Textiles’ production and revenue targets.
- *5\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
Performance will be measured objectively on the following metrics
- **Talent Acquisition KPIs:** Time\-to\-fill for critical roles, Quality of hire, Cost\-per\-hire.
- **Retention KPIs:** Reduction in factory and corporate attrition rates.
- **Operational KPIs:** 100% statutory compliance audit scores, Grievance resolution turnaround time.
- **Strategic KPIs:** Successful implementation of performance management frameworks.
- *6\. Required Qualifications**
- **Educational Minimum:** Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline). MBA in HR is highly preferred.

- *7\. Experience Requirements**
- **3–6 years of professional HR experience.**
- *Highly Preferred:* Experience in the manufacturing, textiles, or FMCG sectors, specifically in managing a dual corporate/factory workforce.
- Experience handling blue\-collar labor relations and state compliance is a major advantage.
- **Acquisition Skills:** Headhunting, bulk hiring, and employer branding.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Indian Labor Laws, PF, ESI, and the Factories Act.
- **Operational Skills:** Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms, Payroll software, and advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Conflict resolution, persuasive communication (Bengali, Hindi, and English proficiency required), and empathetic leadership.

- *11\. Leadership Commitment Policy**

- Selected candidates will sign a mutual commitment agreement for a **minimum of 6 months**.

- *12\. Commitment Disruption Clause**
Should the employee choose to exit before the 6\-month stability period, a transition disruption cost (ranging from ₹30,000 – ₹75,000, depending on the scale of active recruitment and compliance pipelines disrupted) will apply to cover the cost of rapid replacement and external compliance audits.
