We are looking for a proactive and analytical Category Manager to drive category growth, manage vendor relationships, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem\-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end category performance and growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute category growth and revenue strategies.
• Onboard and manage vendors, suppliers, and service partners.
• Monitor category sales, margins, and profitability.
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day category operations.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to drive business objectives.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Improve customer experience through quality and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for category expansion and business growth.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Category Management, Business Operations, Vendor Management, E\-commerce, Retail, Procurement, or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
