· Manage the category lifecycle including product assortment, pricing inputs, promotions, and visibility across the e\-commerce platform
· Track category performance daily and take quick actions to improve sales, conversion rate, availability, and discoverability
· Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and content teams to launch new products, optimize listings, and scale winning SKUs
· Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities within the category and execute fast experiments to drive growth
· 1–3 years of experience in category management, e\-commerce operations, or business analytics, preferably in a high\-growth environment
· MBA from a Tier\-2 B\-Schools or any UG degree from any top tier colleges
· Experience in dental, healthcare, wellness, or regulated product categories is a plus, but not mandatory
· Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide decisions
