Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused Catering Sales Manager to drive catering business growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling event inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Generate catering sales through inbound and outbound business development activities
- Identify and develop new corporate, wedding, and event catering opportunities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their catering requirements
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and event packages
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management
- Track sales activities, leads, and conversions through CRM systems
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business leads
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable catering solutions
- Strong organizational and event coordination skills
- Target\-driven and result\-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Catering Sales, Hospitality Sales, Event Sales, or Business Development
- Experience in wedding catering, corporate catering, or banquet sales is highly preferred
