Arena Animation Kankurgachi is looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented, and student\-focused **Centre Co\-Ordinator** to lead the center’s operations, admissions, and student engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, counselling, and business development skills with the ability to drive admissions, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a positive student experience.

*Responsibilities:**

**Counsel prospective students** and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, placements, and industry prospects.
**Convert enquiries into admissions** through effective counselling and follow\-up.
Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and collection targets.
**Oversee the day\-to\-day operations** of the center and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
**Manage and supervise** counsellors, coordinators, faculty, and support staff.
**Monitor** lead generation, walk\-ins, conversions, and admissions performance.
**Coordinate** with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, workshops, seminars, and events.
Ensure timely fee collection and maintain admission\-related documentation.
**Monitor** student attendance, academic progress, and overall student satisfaction.
**Handle** student and parent escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to admissions, collections, and center performance.
**Maintain compliance** with company policies, academic standards, and operational procedures.
**Build relationships** with schools, colleges, and local organizations to generate business opportunities.

*Skills Required:**

Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.
Strong counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Target\-oriented and result\-driven approach.
Good organizational and problem\-solving skills.
Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools**.

*Qualification:**

Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant management qualification preferred).

*Experience:**

2–5\+ years of experience in **Education Counselling, Admissions, Center Management, Sales, or Business Development**.
Prior experience in the education, training, or ed\-tech industry will be preferred.

*Preferred:**

Experience in managing admissions and counselling teams.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
Experience in student management and academic coordination.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
