Position: Centre Head
We are looking for dynamic and passionate professionals to lead our centre operations and drive admissions while ensuring an exceptional experience for children, parents, and staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills to handle parents and internal teams with a high level of customer orientation
Ability to handle walk\-ins and convert them into admissions
Self\-driven with strong attention to detail
High sense of ownership and responsibility
Strong problem\-solving ability and a team\-player mindset
Working knowledge of Early Childhood Education
Tech\-friendly with good knowledge of MS Office and comfort with numbers
Manage overall Centre Operations and lead the team
Drive conversions and admissions
Act as the single point of contact for parents and the internal team
Mentor and coach team members
Handle Profit \& Loss responsibilities of the centre
Preferred Profile
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in operations, customer handling, or admissions management
Passion for education and people management
