We are seeking a highly organized, technology\-savvy, and proactive AI Operations \& Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, HR coordination, digital marketing support, AI productivity tools, and team management. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks across departments, and driving operational efficiency through modern AI tools and automation.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration \& Operations
- Manage day\-to\-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Track and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow and project execution.
- Maintain office records, reports, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
AI Tools \& Productivity
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, Canva, and other AI tools for business productivity.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows for content generation and automation.
- Assist teams in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Research and implement new AI solutions for business operations.
Presentation \& Content Creation
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and Gamma.
- Design business proposals, company profiles, brochures, reports, and marketing materials.
- Prepare client presentations and management reports.
Human Resources \& Team Management
- Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate screening.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor team productivity and task completion.
- Ensure staff adherence to timelines and organizational policies.
Digital Marketing \& Branding
- Coordinate social media activities and content scheduling.
- Support website content updates and digital campaigns.
- Manage marketing collateral, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Assist with branding initiatives and lead\-generation activities.
Excel \& Reporting
- Prepare reports, trackers, MIS, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel.
- Maintain project tracking sheets and operational records.
- Generate periodic management reports and performance summaries.
Video Editing \& Creative Work
- Edit corporate videos, promotional videos, reels, and social media content.
- Create graphics, banners, presentations, and visual content.
