Central Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, process\-driven **Central Operations Manager** to oversee the backbone of our growing ecosystem. In this critical leadership role, you will manage end\-to\-end central operations, supply chain logistics, central kitchen/warehouse coordination, and standardized operational workflows across all **outlet**s and **Vardhaman Shop** hybrid locations.

The ideal candidate will ensure absolute consistency in food quality, streamline inventory flows, optimize cost margins, and establish bulletproof Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support our aggressive multi\-city expansion.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

1\. **Central Kitchen, Warehouse \& Supply Chain Management:**

o Oversee daily operations of the central production unit, warehouse, and dispatch hubs (ensuring seamless inventory flow of proprietary masalas, gravies, tea blends, and bakery items).

o Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and raw material procurement to prevent stockouts and minimize wastage.

o Establish strict quality control (QC) checkpoints from raw material sourcing to final packaging and franchise dispatch.

2\. **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) \& Compliance:**

o Develop, implement, and audit comprehensive SOPs across kitchen operations, front\-of\-house service, hygiene, and safety protocols for all company\-owned and franchise outlets.

o Ensure strict adherence to food safety, FSSAI regulations, health standards, and labor laws across all operational units.

3\. **Franchise Operational Support \& Training:**

o Act as the primary operational liaison for new and existing franchise partners, helping them set up kitchen lines, POS systems, and inventory workflows.

o Design and execute regular training programs for store managers, chefs, and frontline staff to guarantee uniform taste and service quality group\-wide.

4\. **Process Optimization \& Cost Control:**

o Analyze operational data, cost metrics, food wastage reports, and supply chain efficiencies to drive continuous cost\-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

o Evaluate and onboard reliable vendor networks, negotiating bulk pricing contracts for raw materials and packaging.

5\. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:**

o Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure new franchise stores are supplied and operationally ready ahead of launch dates.

o Coordinate with the management team to scale operational capacity as new formats (like the Vardhaman Shop hybrid model) roll out.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
