Centre Manager – Salem

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Centre Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our centre in **Alapuzha**.

Experience

• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the centre and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with customers and handle their queries professionally
• Maintain reports, records, schedules, and other centre documentation
• Coordinate with staff and manage day\-to\-day team activities
• Handle enquiries and consultations and convert them into treatment bookings through effective sales closing
• Achieve monthly revenue and customer conversion targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience and efficient centre operations

Requirements

• Graduate or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team
• Customer\-oriented approach with good sales and follow\-up skills
• Prior clinic/healthcare experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
