The Centre Manager role is a profit\-making position that holds significant importance in driving the centre’s financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
Proactively call and follow up with leads generated through various channels to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Drive student acquisition by collecting and nurturing data through seminars, workshops, and other outreach initiatives.
Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training institutes to secure permissions for on\-campus presentations and promotional activities that generate qualified leads.
Conduct house visits and personalized counseling sessions for converted enquiries to maximize closures and meet admission targets.
Maintain an updated and accurate lead funnel in CRM and MIS systems, ensuring timely follow\-ups and clear visibility of conversion status.
Ensure end\-to\-end admissions completion and achieve fee collection milestones in line with centre revenue goals.
Actively travel within and outside Mumbai to support multiple centres, conduct outreach activities, and strengthen the brand’s market presence.
Consistently meet or exceed enrolment targets and provide daily/weekly sales performance reports to management.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
· Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
· Customer service orientation and problem\-solving skills.
Pay: ₹650,000\.00 \- ₹950,000\.00 per year
